Roger Linton

Roger started his automotive career in 1988 working in sales at Chevy Yonge located in downtown Toronto, from there he gained more sales experience and eventually became a General Manager by 1994 at 28 years of age. After completing NADA Academy, he continued in Management until becoming a partner in a dealership.

In 2010 he left the dealership setting and started doing private sales. This ground floor opportunity helped Roger to see different sales processes and how well they worked all over Canada. When in dealerships Roger would not hesitate to give advice and help dealers become more profitable by improving processes and strong advice to elevate the customer experience. Word of this got back to companies like Independent Learning Systems (ILS) and J.D. Power who enlisted his consulting services.

Roger has also worked with individual dealerships, Dealer groups, and major automotive manufactures. The focus of his consulting is to improve the customer experience while keeping expenses in check and increasing profits.
